Transparency and Pay Equity Report for Women and Men 2025.2

In accordance with Law No. 14.611 of July 4, 2023, we publish our Transparency and Pay Equity Report for Women and Men, prepared by the Ministry of Labor and Employment (MTE) of the Federal Government, based on information from the 2025 e-Social and the Emprega Brasil Portal (August 2025).

This report aims to compare salaries, positions, and compensation of the more than 150 employees across Jaguaríndia Village and Jaguaribe Lodge&Kite. Personal information is anonymous, in accordance with the Brazilian General Data Protection Law – LGPD.

We believe that equality is an essential pillar in valuing our employees. Therefore, we remain committed to transparency and to promoting pay equity between men and women in our establishments.

The report

In the first chart, you will find information about the average salaries of men and women hired in the first half of 2025, as well as their salary averages. In the second chart below, there is an indicator based on positions and occupations.

To the side, in the third chart, is the number of workers divided by gender and ethnicity. Jaguaríndia Village continuously works to further promote equality and diversity within our entire team.
